Refund Policy

No right of withdrawal

Our customers do not have a (legal) right of withdrawal of their products as our products are customized and/or personalized to the customer's specifications.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, but always within 14 days after the receipt of your order, at happiness@mrcollage.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In general we will try to fix your problem by sending a new product. In certain cases we will issue a refund. If applicable, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that the print quality is dependent on the quality/resolution of your uploaded digital images. We cannot accept claims based on differences in colours or perceived resolution between the original digital image(s) and the printed product.
